Report a dead light, a leaking pipe or an unsafe outlet from where you are standing. It reaches the unit that fixes it, and you can follow it all the way to done.

What it does

A report that carries its own evidence

Anyone can type a complaint. The point of UniFix is that a report arrives already checked, already compared against what is nearby, and already pointed at the right unit.

One photo, taken there and then

The camera opens inside the app, so the picture comes with where and when it was taken. Nothing to fill in, nothing to prove afterwards.

Checked automatically: on campus, taken within 72 hours, and matching the spot you pinned.

Already reported? Back it instead

Before your report is filed, UniFix shows you what is already open within 100 metres, with the distance to each one.

Saying “same problem” adds your weight to the existing report rather than opening a second ticket for the same fault.

The more of you, the higher it climbs

Every confirmation from someone else raises the report's priority. Five of them move it up a whole level.

Emergency is the exception — that stays a human decision, because no head count can judge a risk to someone's safety.

Sent to the unit that does the work

Electrical, carpentry, grounds, waterworks, farm machinery — each report is routed to the unit that handles it, and only they see it.

Pick the wrong unit by mistake and the office corrects it. Nothing is lost.

You can see where it got to

Under review, in progress, waiting for parts, resolved — with the date of every step and who made it.

No more wondering whether anybody read it.

The unit can talk to you

Staff can reply on your report — when they are coming, what they found, what they are waiting for.

When it is marked fixed, you are the one who confirms it. If it is not, you reopen it.

How it works

Four steps, and you are only in the first one

Everything after you press send happens without you having to chase anybody.

1

You report it

Title, unit, a short description, one photo from the in-app camera, and a pin on the map.

2

It gets checked

The photo's location and timestamp are verified, and anything already open nearby is shown to you first.

3

The office grades it

General Services sets the priority and sends it to the right unit. Confirmations from others can raise it.

4

The unit fixes it

They update the status as they go, reply if they need to, and you confirm when it is actually done.

Who fixes what

The five units behind the app

Choose the closest match when you report. The office will correct it if you are unsure.

Get UniFix on your phone

Sign in with your CLSU account — the same @clsu.edu.ph or @clsu2.edu.ph address you already use.

  • Open the installer and allow installs from your browser when Android asks.
  • Allow Camera and Location — a report cannot be verified without them.
  • Sign in, tap Report Now, and you are done in under a minute.
Android only for now. UniFix is not on the Play Store — the installer comes straight from the university, which is why Android asks you to confirm it.
